An Evermind Administrator will create the Partner account and the Partner Administrator user account based upon information submitted in the On-boarding process. The Partner Admin is the “master” user which can manage all staff and locations. Each Partner has one (1) Partner Admin.
The Partner Admin will need to activate their account and set a secure password.
The Partner Administrator will create accounts for each manager. Managers will need to verify accounts and set passwords individually*
*Managers will initiate user accounts for staff under their supervision. Passwords are then set by each user. Neither Evermind nor Managers can see a user password.
