You may submit support tickets directly from the Evermind for Providers dashboard. Using the integrated support ticketing system not only helps Evermind to  address your support issues faster, it also helps to protect us from transmitting personal health information (PHI).

The SUPPORT tab may be accessed via the top right of the patient detail page. This will open a support dialogue which is automatically populated with relevant information such as 

  • Who is submitting the ticket
  • The system ID of the sensor system. This is important as it is what we use to identify the sensor bundles in our system.
  • User technical data including the operating system and browser you are using. This may help us to track down browser-specific bugs faster.


You may grab a screenshot of the patient detail page directly from the dialogue. This screenshot will automatically obfuscate any PHI to ensure that we are conforming to HIPAA best practices.



The SUPPORT tab may be accessed via the top right of the patient detail page (above). This opens a support ticket dialogue (below)


This will open a support dialogue which is automatically populated with relevant information. You may add notes about your issue and attach a screenshot of the current patient detail page. Using the "Take Screenshot" functionality from the ticket dialogue will automatically blur out any PHI from the screenshot.
